Joinery and building contractor I had my kitchen refitted and the result is fantastic. A really nice looking, well designed quality kitchen achieved within a specific time and relatively low budget. Steve took charge of the whole project organising electrician, plumber allowing the work to be done whilst we were away on holiday. My wishes for breakfast bar and dresser for children to eat at were fitted in by using the fridge and freezer in built in units as a base, left over woodblock was used as shelving. The result is maximum use of space giving me all the storage and usability possible. The house was secure whilst I was away, I was kept informed as to progress and came back to a hovered hallway and kitchen which cannot be bettered. I would not hesitate to use Steve for more work and am now considering a loft conversion. Recommended by Davies - Wollaton |

JPS Plumbing Great service and value. I had whole central heating system in a 1930's house replaced, following 2 floods shortly after moving in - nightmare! Phillip Stone and father John initially rectified the damage very quickly and restored hot water supply. They were clear as to when the full job could realistically be taken on, but in the end pulled it forward when the noises from the system were driving me mad. When they replaced the system they were a pleasure to have around explaining everything to me very clearly as they went along, even showing the kids how to solder pipes! I had some special requirements such as an antique cast iron radiator and heated towel rail to fit, they were enthusiastic about this and sourced valves etc.. which were in keeping with the era. Along the way they also gave me lots of advice about other house matters of which I have no experience. All in all a very professional and skilled service from very pleasant people who still treat their trade as a craft. The quote was in line with the others I received; I know they ended up spending more time than anticipated but did not charge more than the original estimate.
